Session Pricing
Session pricing includes pre-consultation, the photo shoot, full photo-by-photo post-production and an ordering consultation and/or web gallery. Prints and other artwork are separate and begin at $40 for prints and $1100 for collections. Please see below.

Terms
Travel:
Locations outside NYC/Bos/LA/Chi/SF with dates listed on our scheduling page are priced at our regular rates. To commission to come to you outside those places and dates, see below
Deposits:
All BiGG and LYL appointment confirmations require non-refundable deposits equal to full, corresponding session fees. Deposits are forfeited in their entirety for no-shows and cancellations that occur less than two weeks before a shoot³.
Clients who re-schedule less than two weeks before a shoot retain 70% of their deposit, credited toward a session scheduled within the next listed dates for their original city; it is possible to re-schedule in another listed city/date combination pending availability, as long as that date/city combo occurs before the next listed dates in a client's original city. Deposits can only be applied toward re-schedulings one time.
Deposits are transferable when clients who cancel find someone to take their slot, and will be refunded at 70% if finds someone to rebook the canceled slot.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses arise and are unforseeable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in one of these situations.
³Exceptions are made for bookings that are made within two weeks of the scheduled date, in which case the deposit is forfeited for no-shows and cancellations that occur less than one week before a shoot, when for reasons other than illness or family emergency. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you have.
Product Pricing & Quality
Print prices begin at $40 and collections begin at $900. A full product list is available upon request.
We treat all of our work with a grander vision than most, with the most exacting of standards, with utmost attention to detail and, of course, with love for and dedication to what we do. Your family is a big deal to you. And they are to us too. As such, we only sell high-end, archival-quality prints and products vigorously inspected for quality control, and finished to the perfection your family represents. In Your Town
is available for commissions in your neck of the woods provided we can book a cluster of at least three BiGG shoots while we're there. If you'd like us to come to you on a date and location not listed on our schedule, and can organize at least two other families to book sessions with us for the same trip, we're there! What's more, for every family you recruit above three you will get $50 off your product order, for up to $200 off!
All sessions require non-refundable deposits equal to full, corresponding session fees, as well as travel expenses split between commissioning clients. Since travel outside our posted dates/locations are at the solicitation of commissioning clients, re-scheduling for future dates is not generally possible. Accordingly, deposit and travel fee commitments are forfeited for any cancellations or no-shows except in cases where clients find someone to take their slot and transfer their deposit and travel fee, or in cases where we are able to rebook it ourselves. Deposits and travel fees will be refunded at 100% for the former and 70% for the latter cases.
